This is my second review of this awesome Plumbing company, Sanford and Son out of Ramona Ca. ( see first post below) My first experience with Anthony was so outstanding that I immediately called them two days ago when I notice another toilet was leaking water at the base by the floor. I originally just wanted the wax seal replaced in hopes that would fix it but Anthony told me there could be a hairline crack or roots growing in the sewer line. I chose to have them install a second toilet in my house and Anthony was absolutely correct, roots were definitely growing . I totally recommend this company to my neighbors as they are always there to answer the phone when help is immediately needed. Thank you Anthony, another outstanding job. **************************************************************************************************** Previous post: This outstanding company is the only one that gave me an estimate over the phone and once they arrived and finished installing my new toilet and hose bibs the price stayed exactly the same as what was quoted to me over the phone. Anthony is an outstanding, hard working young man and he did an outstanding job today for me. I will definitely have this company help remodel both my bathrooms next year. Much gratitude.

Called them because hot water heater went out. They came out the same day and replaced the water heater. A couple weeks later had a low flow issue at the faucet farthest from the water heater. Called them to come back. Was told if it wasn’t a water heater problem they would charge me for the service call. Which I was OK with.. The plumber called me and asked me to confirm what the problem was. As I was talking to him on the phone he said this was not a problem that was caused by their installation. I clearly was irritated as they were saying, it was not there at work, which has caused the problem.. Plumber stayed very professional and walked me through a couple minor fixes. As it turns out he was completely right and I fixed my issue in just a few minutes. In both of my dealings with this company, they have been honest and professional. They could have shown up done the exact same thing as he did on the phone and charged me $40. I appreciate their integrity, professionalism and their all around pleasant demeanor. I will be using them if I have another plumbing issue.

Today, at Noon, I had spontaneous leaks from different faucets in the house and I suspected a pressure surge or bad pressure regulator. I started calling around and everybody was either out of business, had full voice mails, or was not available. I called Ramona's Plumber and was given two things: 1) free advice on how to put a gauge on and test it myself, or 2) the offer to respond immediately to handle it. Immediate meant immediate, as the truck arrived within 10 minutes. Diagnosis: regulator gave up the ghost and I now had 160 lbs PSI in the water line. Should be 65 lbs. It was fixed within 30 minutes. Whew! No other appliances (water heater, other faucets, toilets) broke, luckily. Many thanks to instant and pleasant customer service!

Sanford helps me fix our pvc pipe that burst through sending him a picture of the burst pipe and immediately told me not to contact a plumber, he just told me what to buy and do and fix it myself. What a great honest guy

Our rental got backed up. I reached out to them first interaction was good. They reached out to landlord to get approval. When they finally came to try and do the work they said couldn't be done one way and had to remove the toilet which ok understandable. Had to get approval again. It was good. They finally came back to the work and unfortunately I wasn't here to check my sister was to let them in. I didn't hear anything and the problem was not fixed. I figured they would reach out to see what to do next. They did not. I reached out to the landlord to see if they have heard anything, they said no. They called them to see and said they had snaked 75ft but again the problem wasn't resolved. They left a mess and just not great work. So I had to get someone else to come and fix what they couldn't and on top of what they had done because they did remove the toilet but did a horrible job placing it back again. I went with them because of the reviews I didn't think they wouldn't take the job seriously.
